Based on the health profile of Jepara district, the annual stunting incidence rate in community health centers is ranked 11th out of 22 community health centers in Jepara district, reaching 10.68% of stunted toddlers in 2022. With this phenomenon, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title the relationship between Kadzi behavior and the incidence of stunting. Objective: to find out how the level of behavior of the community, especially mothers who have toddlers aged 24-60 months, to find out what the nutritional status of toddlers is based on TB/U, and whether there is a relationship between level behavior and the nutritional status of children. Research method: The type of research used is quantitative research with correlation analytical methods. Data collection was carried out cross-sectionally by conducting interviews with 41 respondents and reading a checklist containing 5 indicators. Respondents only gave a tick (√) to the selected answer. The statistical data test in this research was using chi square test analysis. To relieve low back pain that is felt by pregnant women is exercise. Pregnancy gymnastics and Prenatal Yoga are a form of exercise that can be done by pregnant women. This study aims to analyze&nbsp; the comparison of the effectiveness between Pregnancy Gymnastics and Prenatal Yoga on the Reduction of Back Pain in Pregnant Women at the Majenang II Health Center, Cilacap Regency. This study uses the research design used in this study is a Quasy Experiment research design using the equivalent time sample design model, which is a research design consisting of two groups of samples that are equivalent in time. Sample A was given the X1 treatment and the B sample was given the X2 treatment. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. One way to reduce the risk of preeclampsia is with complementary therapy using fermentation in brown rice and black rice that produce natural lovastatin. This natural product is a traditional method that can provide additional benefits to health.</p> <p>The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effect of administration between brown rice fermentation (oryza sativa) and black rice fermentation (oryza sativa l. indica) on pregnant women with preeclampsia in the working area of TPMB Tuty, Mekarmukti Village, West Bandung Regency in 2025.</p> <p>&nbsp;The research method uses was true experimental with the randomized pretest and posttest control group design. The study will be carried out on 24 pregnant women with preeclampsia in the work area of TPMB Tuty, Mekarmukti Village, West Bandung Regency, in 2025. Sampling was done using simple random sampling in three groups, namely the red rice fermentation group, the black rice fermentation group, and the control group. The number of samples was 8 respondents in the experimental group using fermented brown rice, 8 respondents in the experimental group using black rice fermentation and 8 respondents in the control group using orange juice. Each group received 5 cc per day for fourteen days. Data analysis using the T-test.</p> <p>The results of the study after the fourteen-day intervention showed that there was a significant comparison of brown rice fermentation and black rice fermentation (p=0.041). Namun pemahaman tentang minat masyarakat terhadap kedua layanan tersebut masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren pencarian terkait baby swim dan baby gym dengan menggunakan Google Trends sebagai indikator minat masyarakat. Tren data pencarian yang dikumpulkan selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2024, meliputi analisis pola musiman, perbandingan volume pencarian berdasarkan wilayah geografis, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi popularitas layanan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat terhadap bayi berenang cenderung meningkat pada musim panas, terutama di wilayah perkotaan seperti Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Bandung. Sebaliknya, pencarian terkait baby gym menunjukkan pola yang lebih stabil sepanjang tahun, dengan peningkatan yang signifikan pada awal tahun. Faktor demografi, kesadaran masyarakat, dan akses informasi mempengaruhi perbedaan minat di setiap wilayah. Selain itu, uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara volume pencarian kedua layanan tersebut. Google Trends merupakan alat yang efektif untuk menyatukan minat masyarakat terhadap layanan baby swim dan baby gym. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis data, serta bagi para pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan program kesehatan anak yang relevan. Di Indonesia sendiri dari beberapa penelitian diketahui bahwa kejadian dismenore lebih dari 60%. <strong>Tujuan:</strong> untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia menarche,status gizi dan konsumsi <em>junk food</em> terhadap dismenorea. <strong>Metode:</strong> penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif kuantitatif dengan pendekanan <em>cross sectional study, </em>menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu <em>Stratified &nbsp;Random samping</em>, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 58 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, dan&nbsp; Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan&nbsp; Chi square. <strong>Hasil :</strong> Hasil analisis univariat mayoritas responden mengalami dismenore sedang (37,9%), Usia Menarhe Normal 12-14 tahun (41,4%). Status Gizi kurang&nbsp; (36,2%) frekuensi konsumsi junk food sering (39,7%). Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan p value 0,002 untuk usia menarche, 0,000 untuk Status Gizi dan 0,000 untuk konsumsi junk food terhadap tingkat nyeri dismenore. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia menarche, status gizi dan konsumsi junk food terhadap dismenorea.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Dina Lestari Atika Zahria Arisanti Endang Susilowati Copyright (c) 2025 Dina Lestari, Atika Zahria Arisanti, Endang Susilowati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-08-19 2025-08-19 4 2 10.30659/jmhsa.v4i2.70 Literatur Review Edukasi Gizi Seimbang Dengan Menggunakan Media Kreatif pada Anak https://mail.jmhsa.id/index.php/jmhsa/article/view/72 <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p><strong>Latar Belakang:</strong>Permasalahan gizi semakin meningkat di negara berkembang, pada anak penyebab utamanya adalah gizi kurang dan lebih, sehingga menyebabkan permasalahan ganda pada negara berkembang. <strong>Tujuan</strong> tinjauan pustaka ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat keefektifan media kreatif untuk edukasi penting nya gizi seimbang kepada anak.<strong>Metode: </strong>pada tinjauan ini menggunakan metode <em>literature review</em> dengan menggunakan beberapa sumber dari jurnal nasional dan internasional <em>Google Scholar, PubMed, </em><em>Sematic Scholar</em> dengan kriteria yang telah di tetapkan dengan sumber data terupdate dari publikasi 10&nbsp; tahun terakir. <strong>Hasil: </strong>berdasarkan hasil 8 artikel literature&nbsp; review nasional dan internasional dapat di simpulakan bahwa penyuluan gizi menggunakan beberapa media kreatif&nbsp; seperti, buku cerita bergambar, media komik, poster, dan puzzle sangat efektif&nbsp; untuk diberikan kepada anak sebagai media edukasi untuk menambah pengetauan pendidikan, dan merubah sikap anak teradap pentingnya menjaga pola nutrisi keseimbangan gizi pada tubuh. <strong>Kesimpulan: </strong>Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan dari 8 artikel nasional hasil bahwa pendekatan edukasi gizi melalui berbagai media kreatif seperti buku cerita bergambar, komik, puzzle, poster, dan kartu gizi tersebut dinyatakan sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang gizi seimbang.
